Tasting Note: Inky black with a purple rim. The nose is pure and expressive, showing concentrated black woodland fruits layered with raspberry and plum, alongside notes of citrus blossom, mint and lavender. The palate is powerful and structured, supported by firm tannins and intense flavours of ripe black fruit and minerality that carry through to a long, persistent finish.
